Admin Rights -- Private Message Search?
can an admin have text search of all user private messages (work in a law firm and need it for e-discovery)?
I’m stuck with a show-stopper.

We've purposely made it so admins aren't able to view private conversations or messages in private rooms they're not members of. We haven't really considered changing the default for that, but its possible we'll offer an option in the future (probably when signing up).
Are you looking for search only, or the ability to browse conversations between members / in private rooms?

Inappropriate?Currently, there are no options to control private messages. Anyone can send a private message to other members of the group. Also, if you're on a plan other than Basic, anyone can create a private room.
We have considered giving admins more global privileges around searching/browsing chats and room content. Unfortunately, it hasn't risen to the top of our todo list yet.
